Coaching session notes and client records are typically retained for 3 years following the conclusion of an engagement, after which they are securely deleted or anonymized.

Despite these measures, no data transmission or storage system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Site and services are directed to adults and are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we discover we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you of the extension and the reason. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require written proof of authorization.

Shine the Light Disclosure (California Civil Code Section 1798.83)

California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
